Unfortunately, no. We are limited by NCAA rules prohibiting us from offering individual based financial assistance to our camps.
Campers start each morning with stretching and calisthenics (to prepare the body for extensive play) then they’ll proceed as a league to stations. At each station a different basketball skill is taught; for example: shooting, passing, dribbling, etc. Afterwards, each team will play a game for practical application of the lessons learned at each station. At the start of the afternoon, a lecture by one of the Georgia Tech coaches or a guest speaker will take place. Following the lecture, teams will play league games and also do team competitions.
All campers are expected to conform to the standards of behavior established and explained by the camp director. Disruptive behavior could result in dismissal and no refund.
Upon arrival, campers are initially grouped by age. After assessment, they are placed in teams according to ability and skill level within their age bracket. Each team is comprised of 8-10 campers and one coach. This ensures optimum observation and development of each camper’s technique.
